We started in 2015 as a retail franchise for the repair and service of electronic devices and scaled to 35 centres by 2019. During COVID, we pivoted and underwent a digital transformation to operate as an aggregator for repair and service. Today, we handle warranty care for prestigious brands like Airtel, Acko, and TechGaurd. We are currently doing an ARR of INR 6Cr.
Problem: Manufacturers find it challenging to appoint and manage a service partner network to provide after-sales warranty services.
Solution: We have created a platform for manufacturers to connect with customers through verified service partners.
The Bigfix Platform consists of Bigfix Vault and an App for Customers. Bigfix 4Biz is an app for manufacturers; Bigfix Agent is an app for the Bigfix Team to execute orders; Bigfix Servicer, is an App for Repair Partners; Bigfix Gig, is an app for technicians.
We are creating work for technicians across multiple locations in South India.
