In 2022, I established our company where I used to do trading of textile, while doing the same I came to know about 4-point quality assessment practiced in USA. Though in India there is no standard for textiles so far. I have purchased a microscope and started my project with a vision to establish quality standard without manual inspection. My husband Mr Swarup Supakar an IIT engineer later joined hands with me and wrote the AI and machine vision Code using CNN model to identify the defects of various fabric. We pitched this idea in Bharat Tex which is largest textile event in India We got selected and became most promising startup . We selected for Wadhwani foundation and became top 20 start up . We have provisional patent and POCs from Trident Group, Welspun living and under discussion with Reliance apparel.
