“If you are confident, concentrated and passionate about what you want to do, everything plunges into place.” Dr. Sadhana is the 1st women Entrepreneur of the state in the field of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence & 3D Printing.
Dr Sadhana was born in Darbhanga, Bihar and has completed Ph.D. in Computer Science with 16+ Yrs experience in the field of teaching, training, research, and development. She has been a lifetime member of computer Society of India (CSI), Mumbai, Indian Science Congress, New Delhi and presently Executive Director of Bihar Mahila Udyog Sangh. In 2021, We have started our venture named Ankuram Robo Pvt. Ltd that is funded by Govt of Bihar, IIT Patna and CIMP Incubated, DPIIT, MSME, ZED Bronze, LEAN certified, here we are providing training on Real Time Projects, STEaM Education based training in Robotics, AI and 3D Printing for the kids of 6 Yrs to 16 Yrs. Till now we have trained 1400+ school going students, 2000+ internship to the BCA and B. Tech students, 85+ Projects, Workshops, Camps in Schools, Colleges, Universities, Organised Robotic Championship for BSDM, Govt. of Bihar, India Skill Competition and also established robotic lab at School. We have around 10+ skillful and dedicated employees in our organization, who work consistently to meet innovative ideas or research for the kids with 100% satisfaction. I believe that “Students are the backbone of Nation, So they must be updated with future technologies.” Now, Ankuram Robo is on the way of expansion and also working in product development field. We are developing Educational kits, Tools, Usable items, Robotic Toys and also customized products.
Limited Access to Quality Education: Rural areas in Bihar often face a lack of access to quality educational resources and modern teaching methods.
Skill Development Gaps: There is a significant gap in technical and vocational skills among students, limiting their employability in high-tech industries.
Lack of Technological Integration: There is a lack of integration of modern technology in various areas of practices to improve yield and reduce losses.
Manufacturing and Production Hurdles: Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Bihar struggle with high production costs and low manufacturing efficiency due to outdated equipment and processes.
We have started our startup with the teaching and training on Robotics, AI and 3D Printing in 1st year. Now we are also working in the field of product development with Robotics and AI. Basically we are manufacturing Robotic toys, 3D Puzzles, 3D Toys, Medical health kits etc. and these are made our trainees. Now we are also working in the field of educational gadgets for kids so that we can reduce and protect them from radiation and unnecessary use of mobile phones and tv. Our primary objective is to engage the junior in future skill gadgets for their mental and physical growth.
Till now we have trained 1400+ school going students, 2000+ internship to the BCA and B.
