The Story

Welcome to Ekatra, a sustainable brand that offers a range of luxurious gifts crafted with care and commitment. Collaborating with major corporate houses, we bring together elegance and sustainability to redefine the art of gifting. We are Minakshi and Aishwarya Jhawar, a mother-daughter duo. With women empowerment at the heart of everything we do, we try to engage women from underprivileged communities who have often been exposed less or have received very little education. These are homemakers who become the artisans and designers of ours and their futures. These women come from very distinctive backgrounds; we scout them mostly through word of mouth, and they join us for a variety of reasons and end up uniting for their passion to move the community forward. Along with women's empowerment, another key focus is environmental impact. We are conscious of our sourcing; we work with azo-free cloth in organic cotton; and we are also trying to be mindful of the waste that we leave behind. Whatever paper and cloth residues are left in our workshop, they are upcycled into a smaller product, such as our business cards. Even smaller paper shreds are then converted into recycled paper and further used in production. We work with bamboo paper to create a more elaborate gifting experience for you all.

Ekatra is a sustainable gifting and lifestyle collective committed to uplifting the socio-economic status of homemakers. At Ekatra, we specialize in collaborating with corporations to provide exquisite utility gift options. We have empowered more than 350 women and upcycled 75,000 mt of cloth.
