Andaman and Nicobar - As per the Andaman and Nicobar startup policy, the UT Administration, through Andaman and Nicobar Islands Integrated Development Corporation Limited (ANIIDCO Ltd), would create an initial innovation fund of INR 1 crore to support the establishment of startup incubators. Capital from the fund corpus will also be utilised to develop coworking spaces in the region.

assam – as per the assam startup policy, the state government proposed to provide a maximum of @75% grant subject to a limit of a maximum of inr 5 crore for the establishment of incubation centres at iit, engineering colleges, universities, biotechnology parks, it park, educational institutions.

andhra pradesh– as per the andhra pradesh startup policy, host institutes of tbis that are recognised by the national science and technology entrepreneurship development board (nstedb) shall be entitled to a lease of land and space for a period of 90 years for setting up tbis and related infrastructure to create world-class live-work-play environments at government-owned it parks.

Bihar – Volgens het opstartbeleid van Bihar zou de deelstaatregering fiscale subsidies verstrekken aan door de staat gesteunde incubators @3% van de investering die door haar incubatees wordt ontvangen van SEBI-geregistreerde AIF's (alternatieve investeringsfondsen) of subsidies ontvangen van Regering van India voor het bevorderen van op technologie gebaseerde (IPR) startups en @5% voor startups in sociale sectoren die oplossingen bieden voor problemen met de toegang tot openbare diensten in Bihar op gebieden als gezondheidszorg, onderwijs en voeding enz. De regering zal financiële steun verlenen ter aanvulling van de financiering die door de incubator(s) van de Indiase overheid en multilaterale donororganisaties op een 1:1-basis wordt ingezameld, onder dezelfde voorwaarden.

chhattisgarh– as per the chhattisgarh startup policy, an innovation fund would be created for setting up the core incubator-cum accelerator for at least three years. the fund will be used for setting up infrastructure and office space, bearing operating expenditure, organising international, national, and local events, etc.

Goa – All educational institutes in Goa, affiliated with a recognised public university, can avail of a one-time grant of up to INR 10 lakhs towards capital expenses for setting up an incubator within their institute campuses for the purpose of nurturing start-ups founded by students enrolled in these institutes.

Gujarat – De incubators hebben de keuze tussen het Gujarat State Startup Policy of de afdeling Industries and Mines. In aanmerking komende starterscentra krijgen eenmalige kapitaalsteun ter hoogte van 50% van de bruto vaste kapitaalinvestering en vele andere prikkels.

Haryana – Het startupbeleid van de staat heeft tot doel om ten minste 22 Technology Business Incubators en Accelerators op te richten in verschillende sectoren van Haryana.

Himachal Pradesh– As per the Himachal Pradesh startup policy, financial assistance will be provided for three years to the selected institutions for setting up the incubator and other activities. The maximum financial assistance will be provided @ INR 30 lakhs per incubator per year up to a period of three years.

Jharkhand– As per the Jharkhand startup policy, the government funded reputed and prestigious institutes of Jharkhand would be provided with a sum of INR 50 lakhs annually for the first 5 years for setting up incubation/innovation centres.

karnataka– as per the karnataka startup policy, the state support would provide initial capital costs for equipment and facilities and recurring costs of management of tbi for a three-year period, extendable by another two years based on performance, at the end of which the incubators are expected to become self-sufficient.

madhya pradesh– as per the madhya pradesh startup policy, eligible host institutions shall be provided a capital grant of max 50% for fixed-cost investment for setting up an incubator, subject to a maximum of inr 50 lakhs by the madhya pradesh government.

Maharashtra– Volgens het startupbeleid van Maharashtra zou de staat Maharashtra een infrastructuurfonds instellen om hulp te bieden aan incubators, accelerators, CoE's en knutsellaboratoria om kapitaal- en operationele uitgaven bij de oprichting en/of uitbreiding te dekken van faciliteiten.

Manipur – Volgens het startupbeleid van Manipur zou de staat een speciale fiscale stimulans geven aan incubators @2% van de investering die de incubators ontvangen van SEBI-geregistreerd durfkapitaal/private equity in in Manipur gevestigde startups. 

Nagaland – Volgens het startupbeleid van Nagaland zal de deelstaatregering financiële steun verlenen tot INR 25 Lakhs als kapitaalsubsidie aan de incubators.

Odisha– Volgens het opstartbeleid van Odisha komen goedgekeurde onderwijsinstellingen in aanmerking voor een eenmalige subsidie van 50% van de kapitaalkosten (exclusief de kosten van het gebouw) tot een maximum van INR 1 Crore aan opzetten van een incubatorfaciliteit door de deelstaatregering van Odisha.

Puducherry – Volgens het startupbeleid van Puducherry zal de deelstaatregering land of bebouwde ruimte toewijzen aan de startup-cel in de industrieterreinen/IT-parken, afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid op preferentiële basis voor de oprichting van incubators/accelerator , Co-workingruimte, Fab Lab, enz.

Punjab – Volgens het startupbeleid van Punjab zouden gastinstituten een kapitaalsubsidie van 100% van de FCI krijgen, met een maximum van INR 1 Crore voor het opzetten van incubators.

Rajasthan– Een eenmalige gift voor kapitaalgoederen zal door de deelstaatregering van Rajasthan aan gastinstituten worden gegeven met het oog op de ontwikkeling van ondernemerschap en startup-evenementen in de regio, met een maximum van INR 50 lakhs.

Tamil Nadu– Volgens het startupbeleid van Tamil Nadu zou de deelstaatregering land met een nominale pachtovereenkomst voor de duur van 99 jaar toewijzen om op geschikte plaatsen 'startupparken' te vestigen door ondernemers/startups, waaronder NRI's uit de Tamil Diaspora.

Telangana – Volgens het startupbeleid van Telangana zou de deelstaatregering de financiering die door de Incubator van de Indiase overheid is ingezameld op een 1:1-basis verdubbelen als matchingsubsidies.

uttar pradesh– as per the up startup policy host institutes shall be provided capital grant of max 50% for it infrastructure setup, subject to maximum of inr 25 lakhs. the same limit shall be granted for strengthening existing incubators in case of expansion subject to the capacity utilisation of the existing incubator for 2 years by the up state government.

Uttarakhand – Volgens het startupbeleid van Uttarakhand krijgen gastinstellingen een kapitaalsubsidie van maximaal 50% voor het opzetten van de IT-infrastructuur, met een maximum van INR 25 lakhs kapitaalsubsidie van 50% van de kapitaalkosten tot er wordt maximaal INR 1 Crore aan incubators verstrekt.

West-Bengalen – Volgens het startupbeleid van West-Bengalen zou de staat INR 10 Lakhs verstrekken aan universiteiten in de staat om een centraal Entrepreneurship Development Centre (EDC) te creëren.
