If your Startup India Logo application is approved by the Department, an email notification will be sent to your registered email ID after approval, informing you of the post-event reporting requirements.
You will be required to submit a post-event report within 30 days of the completion of the programme.
For this section, please provide the total number of participants who attended the programme. This should include all registered attendees who were physically or virtually present during the event, as applicable.
Please provide the following details:
- Total number of participants.
- Mode of participation (Physical / Virtual / Hybrid).

Brief methodology used to determine attendance (e.g., registration records, attendance sheets, QR check-ins, platform analytics, etc.).

Supporting documents, wherever applicable (attendance sheets, registration reports, platform analytics, photographs, etc.).
- Total number of sessions organised in the event.
