INCENTIVES

1 Monthly Allowance

Type of Benefit	Fiscal
Benefit Details	Rs. 10,000/- per month will be provided to the innovator as sustenance allowance for one year.Startups whose project is recommended by the Nodal institution and approved by the Committee will get a sustenance allowance of Rs. 10,000 per month for a period of 1 year.
Eligibility Criteria	Only for Idea/Prototype Stage Startups. The project must be reccomended by the Nodal Institution and approved by the State Level Committee.
Application Procedure	The Startup will submit its application along with a detailed business plan to the Nodal Institution for seeking assistance under this policy. Then the Nodal Institution will submit that proposal along with its recommendations to the Committee for approval.

2 Marketing/Commercialization Assistance

Type of Benefit	Fiscal
Benefit Details	Marketing/Commercialization assistance upto a maximum of Rs. 10 lakh shall be provided to Startups to launch its products/services in the market.
Eligibility Criteria	Startups should be at the Pilot Stage. It can be given to a startup that has secured a minimum funding of 25% from a known and registered Angel/Venture Funds/Reputed Incubator. OR It can be given as matching assistance to reputed incubators (state supported) established by institutions like IIIM's/IIT's/NIT's to fund startups as a part of the accelerator program as purely / partly grants or soft loan/equity on a case to case basis.
Application Procedure	The Startup will submit its application along with a detailed business plan to the Nodal Institution for seeking assistance under this policy. Then the Nodal Institution will submit that proposal along with its recommendations to the Committee for approval.

1 One-time Capital Grant

Type of Benefit	Fiscal
Benefit Details	A one time grant for capital items will be given to Host Institutes by the State Government for the purpose of entrepreneurship development and startup events in the region, with a maximum of Rs. 50 lakh.
Eligibility Criteria	Reputed technology, R&D and management institutes (IITs/IIMs/NITs/BITS/LNMIIT/Government Engineering Colleges and Private Engineering colleges that have been in existence for a period of 15 years as on 31.3.2016
Application Procedure	The Institution which intends to establish an Incubator will submit its application along with its plan/scheme to the Nodal Institution. The Nodal Institution will submit that proposal along with its recommendations to the Committee for approval.

2 New Incubator Set-Up Grant

Type of Benefit	Fiscal
Benefit Details	A grant of maximum 25% of the investment to be given to established and reputed Corporates, VCs and Angel Investors by the State Government for the creation of fixed assets to set up new incubation centres, with a maxium limit of Rs. 50 lakh. This grant is subject to a maxium of 5 per year and 2 per district.
Eligibility Criteria	Existing and established/reputed Corporates, VCs, angel investors. Angel Investors must be registered with SEBI or Banks or Reputed Institutions or DST of GoR/GoI approved incubation centres.
Application Procedure	The entity/institution which intends to establish an Incubator will submit its application along with its plan/scheme to the Nodal Institution. The Nodal Institution will submit that proposal along with its recommendations to the Committee for approval.

3 Matching Grant for Accelerator Program

Type of Benefit	Fiscal
Benefit Details	A matching grant of upto Rs. 10 lakh will be given to competent institutions and individuals like Incubators, angel investors etc. to run Accelerator Programmes in Rajasthan. The angel investor should be registered with SEBI or Banks or reputed Institutions like IITs/IIMs/NITs, etc. or DST of Government of Rajasthan / Government of India approved Incubation Centres.
Eligibility Criteria	The angel investor should be registered with SEBI or Banks or reputed Institutions like IITs/IIMs/NITs, etc. or DST of Government of Rajasthan / Government of India approved Incubation Centres.
Application Procedure	The angel investor/ Institution which intends to establish an Accelerator Program will submit its application along with its plan/scheme to the Nodal Institution. The Nodal Institution will submit that proposal along with its recommendations to the Committee for approval.

1 E-Cell Setup Grant

Type of Benefit	Fiscal
Benefit Details	In order to support entrepreneurship at the college level, Entrepreneurship Cells shall be created in collaboration with incubators at professional college campuses. The colleges will be given a one-time grant of Rs. 10 lakh to establish and operate an E-Cell.
Eligibility Criteria	Colleges and Institutions of higher learning from Rajasthan affiliated under the Rajasthan Technical University and Rajasthan University, IITs, NITs and other private universities.
Application Procedure	The Institution which intends to establish an EDC will submit its application along with its plan/scheme to the Nodal Institution. The Nodal Institution will submit that proposal along with its recommendations to the Committee for approval.
