No, Wallet credits cannot be encashed under any circumstances.

7 7. I got 1.86l INR credits when my startup was a DPIIT-recognized startup, but now we have become a DPIIT-beneficary startup. Are we eligible to receive the 3 Lakh INR worth credits?

each startup is eligible for the credits only once, and the credits offered will be based on the startup's category at the time of applying for the program. any later changes to the category cannot be considered for additional credits.

8 8. We still have a significant amount of wallet credits leftover, and the validity is due to expire soon. Can you please extend the validity so that we can use the balance?

the validity period of the credits is fixed to 360 days. unfortunately, extensions or addition of wallet credits cannot be accommodated as per the policy of the program.

9 9. what happens to the credits if the zoho account is deleted?

Your credits will be reset to zero, and you will not be able to recover them even if you create a new account using the same email address. For this reason, we advise you not to delete your Zoho account if you wish to continue using the credits.

10 10. What happens to the credits once I cancel or downgrade my subscription?

there is no credit refund process once the purchase is made. we will not be able to retrieve credits if a subscription is cancelled or downgraded.

11 11. is it possible to refund or transfer our credits?

once credits are provided to the registered email address, they cannot be transferred under any circumstances. similarly, when credits are used to purchase a subscription, they cannot be refunded.

12 12. if i run out of the initial wallet credits availed under the dpiit-beneficiary offering, can i get the promotional credits in advance?

No, startups can only apply for promotional credits after completing the first year.

note: not all startups are eligible for the promotional credits. this is under the final discretion of the zoho for startups team, based on the wallet credits usage.

13 13. I am close to the completion of my first year and still have some credits left in my Zoho Wallet. Can I get the promotional credits and use them with the leftover credits for future purchases?

promotional credits are different from wallet credits, and the two credit types cannot be merged to purchase subscriptions.

Note: Promotional credits will not be enabled until after the Wallet credits have expired.

14 14. can i use promotional credits to renew my existing subscriptions?
