स्टार्टअप:

एक स्टार्टअप विकास वा एक नवीन उत्पादन, प्रक्रिया वा सेवा प्रस्ताव गरेर बजारको आवश्यकतालाई पूरा गर्ने लक्ष्य राख्ने एक एकदम नयाँ उद्यमशीलता उद्यम वा कम्पनी हो.

इन्क्युबेटरहरू:

An incubator is an organisation in a technology/management school or an independent setup that helps early stage startups launch their business and grow by providing services such as work space, management training, captive mentor pool, access to technological services etc.

एक्सिलेरेटरहरू:

An accelerator is an organisation, either an independent organisation or a corporate program that supports early-stage companies through intense immersive education, mentorship, and financing. Startups enter accelerators for fixed time periods and graduate as established, robust companies which are ready to scale. Its objective is to accelerate the growth of the portfolio batch startups in a short period of time.

सल्लाहकारहरू:

मेन्टरहरू (सामान्यतया उही उद्योगका अनुभवी व्यक्तिहरू) ले सबैभन्दा प्रचलित असल अभ्यास, व्यवस्थापन औजार, उद्योग सम्बन्धहरू आदि सहित कम अनुभव भएका स्टार्टअपहरूलाई माग्रनिर्देशन गर्छन्.

एन्जेल इन्भेस्टरहरु:

जोखिम उच्च भएकाले यी बिऊ वा सुरुवाती चरणका लगानीकर्ताहरुले थोरै रकम मात्र लगानी गर्दछन्. उनीहरु प्राय: धनी वा उच्च नेट मूल्यका व्यक्तिहरु हुन्.

भेन्चर क्यापिटालिस्टहरु/निजी शेयर पुँजी:

यी कम्पनीहरूले सामान्यतया कम्पनीको वृद्धि र अन्तिम चरणमा लगानी गर्दछन्. तिनीहरू फर्म / पेशेवर लगानीकर्ताहरू भएकाले, तिनले कानूनी, लेखा र नेटवर्किङ सहायतामा पनि पहुँच प्रदान गर्दछ.

स्रोत तथा औजारहरू:

Organisations such as research institutes and universities help startups familiarise themselves with business terminology, gain industry insights, learn to develop business plans and pitch to investors, strengthen their legal and financial knowledge, etc.
