ষ্টাৰ্টআপ ইণ্ডিয়া এক্স্যন প্লান অধীনত, ষ্টাৰ্টআপ যিবিলাকে নিৰ্ধাৰিত সংজ্ঞা পূৰ্ণ কৰে জি.এছ.আৰ. জাননী 108(ই) কাৰ্য্যক্ৰমটোৰ অধীনত স্বীকৃতিৰ বাবে আবেদন কৰিবলৈ যোগ্য. আবেদনৰ সময়ত ষ্টাৰ্টআপবিলাকে সহায়কাৰী দস্তাবেজ প্ৰদান কৰিব লাগিব.

ষ্টাৰ্টআপৰ স্বীকৃতিৰ বাবে যোগ্যতাৰ মানদণ্ড:
  • The startup should be incorporated as a Private Limited Company or registered as a Partnership Firm, Limited Liability Partnership, or Cooperative Society.
  • Turnover should be less than INR 200 Crores (INR 300 Crores for DeepTech startups) in any of the previous financial years.
  • An entity shall be considered a startup for up to 10 years (20 years for DeepTech startups) from the date of its incorporation.
  • The startup should be working towards innovation or improvement of existing products, services, and processes, and should have the potential to generate employment or create wealth. An entity formed by splitting up or reconstruction of an existing business shall not be considered a "Startup".

*Startup Recognition by DPIIT for all eligible entities (Companies, LLPs, Registered Partnerships and Coperative socities) is available through National Single Window System(nsws.gov.in). To apply, create an account on NSWS and add form ‘Registration as a Startup’. On NSWS, Startup can also apply for host of business approval from Central and State Government including labour laws and company incorporations. স্বীকৃতি লাভ কৰাৰ পৰৱৰ্তী সময়ত এটা ষ্টাৰ্টআপে আয় কৰ আইনৰ অনুচ্ছেদ 80 IACৰ অধীনত কৰ ৰেহাইৰ বাবে আবেদন কৰিব পাৰে. কৰ ৰেহাইৰ অনুমতি পোৱাৰ পাছত, ষ্টাৰ্টআপটোৱে ইয়াৰ গঠনৰ পৰা প্ৰথম দহ বছৰৰ ভিতৰত 3 ধাৰাবাহিক বিত্তীয় বৰ্ষৰ বাবে কৰ ছুটী লাভ কৰিব পাৰে.

  • Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry has not appointed any Agency/Representative/Franchise for DPIIT 'Certificate of Recognition' or 'Certificate of Eligibility' for Startups.
  • Application for DPIIT 'Certificate of Recognition' and 'Certificate of Eligibility' should be filed by the startup on its own, using own details/mobile no./email.
  • Ministry of Commerce and Industry does not charge any fee for DPIIT 'Certificate of Recognition' or 'Certificate of Eligibility' for startups.
