ନିରୀକ୍ଷଣ କରିବାର ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାକୁ ଅଧିକ ଅର୍ଥପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଓ ସରଳ କରାଯିବ! ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍ କୁ ସ୍ଵ-ପ୍ରମାଣିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ (ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍ ମୋବାଇଲ୍ ଆପ୍ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ) ଅନୁମତି ଦିଆଯିବ 9 ଶ୍ରମ ଆଇନ୍ ଓ 3 ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାବରଣ ଆଇନ୍ (ନିମ୍ନରେ ରେଫର୍ କରନ୍ତୁ). ଶ୍ରମ ଆଇନ୍ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ, ଏକ ପାଇଁ କୌଣସି ନିରୀକ୍ଷଣ କରାଯିବ ନାହିଁ 3 ରୁ 5 ବର୍ଷର ଅବଧି. ନିରୀକ୍ଷଣ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଅତି କମରେ ଜଣେ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଲିଖିତ ରୂପରେ ଦାଖଲ କରାଯାଇ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ଉଲ୍ଲଙ୍ଘନ ର ବିଶ୍ଵାସନୀୟ ଓ ସତ୍ୟାପନ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହେବା ପରେ ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍ ଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ନିରୀକ୍ଷଣ କରାଯାଇପାରେ:
