ପ୍ରୁଫ୍ ଅଫ୍ କନସେପ୍ଟ, ପ୍ରୋଟୋଟାଇପ୍ ବିକାଶ, ଉତ୍ପାଦ ପରୀକ୍ଷଣ, ବଜାର ପ୍ରବେଶ ଏବଂ ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀକରଣ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭିକ ସ୍ତରର ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍ ଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଆର୍ଥିକ ସହାୟତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା. ଡିପିଆଇଆଇଟି-ମାନ୍ୟତାପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍ ସାରା ଦେଶରେ ଇନକ୍ୟୁବେଟର୍ ମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଅନୁଦାନ/ଋଣ ପାଇବା ପାଇଁ ନିଗମନ ର ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଆବେଦନ କରିପାରିବେ, ଯାହାକି ସିଡ୍ ଫଣ୍ଡ ଯୋଜନା ଅଧୀନରେ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥାଏ.

ନିବେଶ ସୁଯୋଗ ଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ସୁବିଧାଜନକ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ନିବେଶକ ସଂଯୋଗ ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ନିବେଶକମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସଂଯୁକ୍ତ ହେବାରେ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରିଥାଏ. ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗୀମାନେ ସିଧାସଳଖ ଭାବରେ ନିଜର ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍ ଆଇଡିଆକୁ ପିଚ୍ କରିବା ପାଇଁ କିମ୍ବା ଅନେକ ନିବେଶକ ମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଜଣେ ପ୍ରୋଫାଇଲ୍ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ପାଣ୍ଠିଯୋଗାଣ ସୁଯୋଗରେ ଭାଗ ନେବା ପାଇଁ ଅନେକ ନିବେଶକଙ୍କ ସହ ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ କରିପାରିବେ.

DPIIT Recognized startups that are private limited company or limited liability partnership, incorporated on or after 1st April 2016, can apply for income tax exemption under Section 80-IAC of the Income Tax Act. The Inter-Ministerial Board issues the Eligibility Certificate, for availing the exemption.

scheme for facilitating startups intellectual property protection (sipp) provides financial support for dpiit recognised startups to access facilitators empanelled with the controller general of patents, designs and trademarks (cgpdtm) for general advisory on ipr and assistance in filing ipr application. dpiit recognised startups can also access a fee rebate for filing patent and trademark applications and can avail expedited examination of patent applications to reduce time taken in granting patents.

ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍ ଗୁଡ଼ିକ ନିଗମନ ପରେ 3 ରୁ 5 ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ 9 ଶ୍ରମ ଓ 3 ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାବରଣ ଆଇନ୍ ସହିତ ଅନୁପାଳନ କୁ ସ୍ଵ-ପ୍ରମାଣିତ କରିପାରିବେ. ଏହା ସହିତ, ଧଳା ଶ୍ରେଣୀର ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ କିଛି ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍ ଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ନିୟାମକ ବୋଝକୁ ସହଜ କରିବା ଏବଂ ଅନୁପାଳନ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚକୁ କମ କରିବା ପାଇଁ 3 ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ 3 ପରିବେଶଗତ କ୍ଲିୟରାନ୍ସ ଆଇନରୁ ଛାଡ଼ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି.

ମୌଳିକ ଋଣ କିମ୍ବା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ମାନଦଣ୍ଡ ଥିବା ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍ ଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଫାଷ୍ଟ-ଟ୍ରାକ୍ ବନ୍ଦ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆବେଦନ କରିବା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ 90 ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ରାପ୍ ଅପ୍ କରିପାରିବେ.
