Investing in the right software ensures startups can scale quickly. With no unnecessary frills or hidden SLAs, Zoho for Startups aims to equip startups with a diverse range of applications designed to suit their needs, regardless of their growth stage, vertical, or team size.
Startup India's tax-exempted startups, winners of National Startup Awards, and startups under Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS) can get up to 3 lakhs INR worth of Zoho Wallet credits.
The initial 2 lakhs INR credits can be used to explore bundles like Zoho One, CRM Plus, Marketing Plus, Remotely, Workplace or any other bundle.
The next 1 lakh INR promotional credits are offered to startups belonging to this category based on how effectively they use the initial credits; this is non-negotiable.
The startups are classified as DPIIT-beneficiary and DPIIT-recognized by Startup India and not by Zoho. The DPIIT-beneficiary offering is exclusively for startups applying through this unqiue link and not through any other source. (Zoho for Startups website or through collaborators)
Note:- Please be aware that applications submitted through this specific link will only be processed once we receive confirmation from the Startup India point of contact.
Startup India's DPIIT-recognized startups can receive up to 1.86 lakhs INR worth of Zoho Wallet credits, which are valid for 360 days.
Stage 2 credits of 86K INR will share the same validity period as the Stage 1 credits of 1 lakh INR, as it is just an add-on.
Domain hosting through Zoho Mail needs to be set up within 15 days from the day of receiving Stage 1 credits.
Zoho Workplace and Zoho Mail are subject to a credit limit of 1 lakh INR during the offer period. This means that the 86K INR credits, if received, cannot be used to purchase these two products.
Start by creating a Zoho account, and then register your startup for the credits by filling out the form on this page. Spend some time checking the eligibility criteria provided above before applying for the program.
Once you have applied for the program, you will receive a welcome email from the Zoho for Startups team. Send a response to that email and it takes between five and seven business days from the date you have applied for the program to validate your application. The Zoho for Startups team will follow up with you for any other information.
Those who have already had the opportunity to explore our apps either through previous offers of the program or any paid subscriptions are not eligible to apply for the program.
You can enjoy subscriptions for Zoho's stand-alone applications or bundles of your choice depending on the category your startup belongs to. To know more, refer to the offering category explained above.
Log in to your Zoho account using the primary email address used to apply for the credits, and access your Zoho Subscription page or visit store.zoho.com to view your credits.
No, Wallet credits cannot be encashed under any circumstances.
Each startup is eligible for the credits only once, and the credits offered will be based on the startup's category at the time of applying for the program. Any later changes to the category cannot be considered for additional credits.
The validity period of the credits is fixed to 360 days. Unfortunately, extensions or addition of wallet credits cannot be accommodated as per the policy of the program.
Your credits will be reset to zero, and you will not be able to recover them even if you create a new account using the same email address. For this reason, we advise you not to delete your Zoho account if you wish to continue using the credits.
There is no credit refund process once the purchase is made. We will not be able to retrieve credits if a subscription is cancelled or downgraded.
Once credits are provided to the registered email address, they cannot be transferred under any circumstances. Similarly, when credits are used to purchase a subscription, they cannot be refunded.
No, startups can only apply for promotional credits after completing the first year.
Note: Not all startups are eligible for the promotional credits. This is under the final discretion of the Zoho for Startups team, based on the Wallet credits usage.
Promotional credits are different from Wallet credits, and the two credit types cannot be merged to purchase subscriptions.
Note: Promotional credits will not be enabled until after the Wallet credits have expired.
Promotional credits are valid for new product subscriptions or edition upgrades within Zoho. They cannot be used for renewals. Visit Zoho Wallet | Terms and Conditions to know all usage restrictions that apply to promotional credits.
